Aqua, Helianthus annuus hybrid oil, Glycerin, Cetearyl alcohol, Alcohol denat., Menthol, Sodium lauryl sulfate, Sodium cetearyl sulfate, Tocopheryl acetate, Tocopherol, Helianthus annuus seed oil, Xanthan gum, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.

Usage
Apply the cream to the skin one or more times a day as needed and massage in gently.
