Use the lancet provided to puncture.\r \u003cbr\u003eTwist the lancet guard and press the lancet with the white tip firmly against your finger until it clicks.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e 2. Use the provided blood collection tube to collect blood\u003cbr\u003e Massage your finger until a drop of blood forms. Hold the tube horizontally in the drop. The tube will fill automatically. Fill the tube to the marked mark.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e 3. Drop the blood into the small opening of the test\u003cbr\u003e Hold the end of the tube in the small opening of the test tube (blood drop symbol). The blood will automatically be drawn into the test.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e 4. Add the developing fluid and wait 15 minutes.\u003cbr\u003e Unscrew the blue cap from the developer fluid and add it to the test via the large opening.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e 5. With a high IgE concentration, a line may appear near the square within 15 minutes.
