Bulking agent: gum arabic, inositol, choline bitartrate, PABA, sodium riboflavin-5'-phosphate, calcium D-pantothenate, thiamine HCl, nicotinamide, fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, rice flour (Oryza sativa), (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid; glucosamine salt, methyl cobalamin, biotin, emulsifier: glycerol.
Usage
1 tablet per day with a meal and some water.
