To charge, connect the supplied cable to the charging port 9 and to a 5V\/1A power source. While charging, the \"Low\" LED 6 will flash. When the battery is full, all three LEDs 6 will glow continuously for approximately 20 minutes.\r \u003cbr\u003eWhen the battery is low, the LED 6 for the setting currently in use will flash – charge the battery as soon as possible. If the battery is so low that it is no longer possible to use the device, the \"Low\" LED 6 will flash three times in quick succession before the device automatically switches off. The device cannot be used again until the battery is charged.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Placing the attachment\u003cbr\u003e Insert the nasal water jet attachment (for adults) 1 or the nasal water spray attachment (for children and adults) 2 into the middle hole of the device housing until it clicks into place.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Filling the reservoir 7\u003cbr\u003e Open the cap of reservoir 7 and fill it with water or isotonic saline solution. If necessary, you can remove reservoir 7 from the device by gently pulling it downward (see drawing below) to fill it more quickly. Note: Make sure the device is switched off before removing reservoir 7.\r \u003cbr\u003efills. Then close the reservoir 7 again or reconnect it to the device.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Press and hold the on\/off button 4 on the switched off device to turn it on. Briefly press the on\/off button\u003cbr\u003e 4 of the turned on device to turn it off. After the device is turned on, it goes into the default\u003cbr\u003e usage mode.\u003cbr\u003e Bend over a sink, open your mouth to breathe and slowly place the spray nozzle in front of your nostril (be careful not to touch the tip\u003cbr\u003e (do not insert the spray nozzle directly into your nostril). If both nostrils are clear, you can slowly close one nostril with the\u003cbr\u003e tip of the spray head so that the saline or water can flow back out of the other nostril or out of the mouth, thus\u003cbr\u003e the entire nasal cavity and deep sinuses are cleaned.\u003cbr\u003e Press the mode button 5 briefly to switch between high, medium and low settings. When you first use the appliance\u003cbr\u003e used, we recommend starting with the lowest setting. You can increase this later if desired. The setting is\r \u003cbr\u003eindicated by the corresponding LED 6.\u003cbr\u003e Do not block the nostrils directly with the spray nozzle if your nose is blocked on one or both sides. Place the tip\u003cbr\u003e of the spray head slowly in front of one nostril and after a while try to insert the tip further into the nostril. If there is any discharge from the\u003cbr\u003e If fluid flows into the other nostril or into the mouth, it means that the nasal cavity has become clearer.\u003cbr\u003e At that point, you can rinse your entire nose thoroughly.
