Place\/twist the intravaginal applicator onto the tip\u003cbr\u003e from the tube.\u003cbr\u003e • Gently squeeze the tube until the applicator plunger stops and the applicator is filled with the gel. Remove\r \u003cbr\u003eRemove the applicator from the tube by gently pulling\/twisting and close the tube.\u003cbr\u003e • Find a comfortable position to insert the applicator into the vagina (e.g. lying on your back or using a\u003cbr\u003e (familiar position for inserting the product) and gently insert the applicator into the vagina.\u003cbr\u003e • Gently press the plunger of the applicator until it stops and all of the gel has been released into the vagina.\u003cbr\u003e • Finally, remove the applicator from the vagina.
